We know that it is very difficult to make a film, that it reaches the big screen and the public.

So after watching all the films of Low Budget Films and discovering that there is so much talent, it did not seem fair that some productions did not have a small gap in our festival.

The festival commissioner has decided to tighten the schedule of the screenings to create the “Section out of contest” and give an opportunity to all those films or directors who have not been able to enter the contest, but we think they deserve that their film is shown. We want to support young directors, local productions and those who have something to tell.

In all the films we project we will have its directors, actors, producers or distributors.
